We have a full complement of contractors for maintenance and repairs. We can instruct on your behalf to carry out work on your property or if you prefer you can arrange for this work to be carried out by contractors you have selected.
If a repair costs over £100 we will inform you before any work commences.
During the tenancy Mutch Property Management will inspect your property on a two monthly basis. A report will be forwarded to you along with photographs and it will be also sent to tenants.
