How long does it take to let your property?
The letting process in general can take anywhere between a few days to several weeks depending on the demand for the property.
Should I furnish the property?
It is your choice to offer the property to let “furnished” or “unfurnished”.
Furnished – All white goods: washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, beds and sofa (complying with safety regulations)
With regards to personal effects: pictures, vases and ornaments – do not leave.
Unfurnished – White goods should be provided
